Pass With Flying Colors (PWFC) is providing economic opportunity for Chicago’s disadvantaged communities by increasing college graduation rates among low-income, first-generation students.
Our mission is to prepare Chicago’s underserved first-generation students for college and career success.
Since 2010, PWFC’s programs have provided first-generation students with high-touch support, experiential learning opportunities, and crucial guidance on college applications, financial aid and career development throughout high school and college.

100% of PWFC 2016 high school graduates enrolled in college this fall.
88% of the first PWFC cohort returned for their sophomore year of college.
75% of PWFC juniors and seniors are enrolled in at least one honors or AP level course for the 2016-2017 school year.
Just 18% of Chicago's first-generation students earn a college degree. 95% of Pass With Flying Colors scholars are on-track to graduate.
